MaesInfo’s Chengdu BPO Data & Call Center Building

TelePerformance (annual revenue of €1.3 billion) is a leading global expert in contact center management with over 281 contact centers operating in 45 countries. The TP Operations & Sales Center Project has already expanded to include call center sales and support services for the insurance industry. By the beginning of 2008, the project had expanded to a total of 280 seats at the MaesInfo Sichuan Telecom Call & Data Center (Chengdu).

The MaesInfo Data & Call Center (Chengdu) continues to improve its service and support standards via employee recruitment, sales distribution training, long-distance operations management (quality inspection, onsite management, project needs analysis and design), data cooperation, and technology upgrades. Standard work schedule for TSR is five days a week, eight hours per work day. After completing the TP project, employees involved have accumulated a solid background in phone-based sales and operations for insurance products and experience in delivering insurance solutions to customers via project-based initiatives.

HSBC Client Survey Questionnaire Project

Located in 85 countries with over 9,500 different branches, HSBC is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services institutions.

The MaesInfo Data & Call Center (Chengdu) has signed an agreement with HSBC to provide an initial eleven seats for handling HSBC’s client survey questionnaires. The MaesInfo Call Center team will contact clients in both English and Mandarin. Our diligent staff and Project Manager have been systematically trained to execute HSBC’s questionnaire and to answer any other questions about the bank’s information, financial services and customer service enquires if needed.

China Life Case study

China Life Insurance Company Limited is a China-based life insurance company. The Company provides a range of insurance products, including individual life insurance, group life insurance, accident insurance and health insurance products. It also offers accident and short-term health insurance policies to individuals and groups. The Company operates in three business segments: individual life insurance, group life insurance business and accident and health insurance business. As of December 31, 2008, it had 102 million individual and group life insurance policies, annuity contracts and long-term health insurance policies.

MaesInfo has worked with the China Life Sichuan sub-company since 2009; MaesInfo organized a professional team to provide insurance claim data entry work. This team has grown to 40+ members and every month deals with an average of 50,000 papers.
